A WATER BATH is laboratory equipment made from a container filled with heated water. It is used to incubate samples in water at a constant temperature over a long period of time. It is also used to enable certain chemical reactions to occur at high temperature.

Water baths are used in industrial clinical laboratories, academic facilities, government research laboratories environmental applications as well as food technology and wastewater plants. Because water retains heat so well, using water baths was one of the very first means of incubation. Applications include warming of reagents, melting of substrates or incubation of cell cultures, sample thawing, bacteriological examinations, warming reagents, coliform determinations and microbiological assays.

5) WATER BATH- (Low Temperature Cryostat)

Low Temperature Cryostat Bath also known as cooling bath, it is required for collecting liquids after distillation, keeping temperature sensitive chemicals, while biochemical processing and studying the properties of different liquids. For maintaining appropriate conditions, traditional bath uses liquid nitrogen or dry ice according to the temperature requirements.

A Low Temperature water bath is a device that retains water at a constant temperature. It is mainly used in laboratory for incubations at the lower temperature, which can be easily controlled and maintained desired temperature for the specified duration of the time. Low Temperature Bath finds the application in Medical, Agricultural, Bio-Chemical Industrial, Research Laboratories & various other Industries.
